 The Aspire Well-Being Toolkit guides you to your happiness in a safe, supportive space with information, tools, and activities created by experts. Our tools help improve your mental well-being and substance abuse disorders. Our Toolkit can be used by individuals, providers, organizations, communities, countries and employers. 

  Aspire has partnered with Greenspace Health and VonOstir Innovation Services to provide Measurement Based Care and Mental Health Assessments for individuals, providers, employers and other organizations. Measurement-Based Care has over 300 evidence based psychological measure survey's that checks in with how patients are doing on a regular basis so they can better understand their mental health, ensure that their experience is at the center of care, and feel empowered as an active partner in the mental health care process. 

  The Aspire Care Navigator program helps providers and care teams to track and monitor a patient’s mental health status outside of in-person or live telehealth provider visits using our Measurement Based Care and Psychological Monitoring tools. Our approach to “whole health” monitoring, both physical and behavioral, results in fewer ED visits, more proactive care, better patient outcomes, and higher patient recapture.  

The Mental Health First Responders (MHFR) program is a globally recognized certified program that has been developed using psychology and mental health principles, and is endorsed by the Mental Health Foundation Australia. Promotion, Prevention, and Early Intervention Support reduces the impact on a person in mental health distress, and minimizes the time and cost to recover back to a state of stability. Mental health distress, left undetected and unsupported, can lead to chronic mental health issues and increase the chance of risk and time for recovery.

BbetterE is a unique digital platform with a variety of online training programs and tools to improve your abilities and skills to overcome stress, fear and anxiety, increase happiness and satisfaction as well as strengthen personal and organizational resilience and improve the level of wellbeing in the organization and among its employees. These programs include goal setting, behavioral change, self-development, strengthening positive emotions, identifying strengths, altering thoughts, reducing stress, and more. Program by our partner BuzzLife.

Aspire has partnered with MentalHappy to offer organizations and individuals a digital health platform that provides people of all races, genders, and economic statuses with a safe and secure platform to discuss their emotional health and daily challenges. With free mental health resources and expert-led support groups, we make it possible for everyone to get the emotional help they deserve without financial or physical limitations.  Join a support group or start a new one for your employee's or clients.

HR Detect uses AI and a human review team to monitor employee use of email, website and other technology devices and software for concerning content. Each incident is classified by issue type and severity before alerting your HR Department. This program has success of  identifying potential harm to self or others. Aspire has partnered with Gaggle to expand their effective program in schools to Employers' and other organizations. 

  The Aspire School Program helps to prevent suicide, school shootings and violence, and improves the mental health and wellbeing of students, teachers and staff.  

 We believe that an effective way to prevent gun violence or harm to others is by monitoring individuals before they harm others or themselves. For individuals identified as at risk to cause harm to others, or to be a victim of violence, or if they have been diagnosed with a mental illness that could cause harm to others or themselves, our program will monitor them so assigned Care Teams can intervene.

We support our LGBTQIA+ community and their  families with our health, wellness and mental wellbeing programs.

We have partnered with MEDAcare Telehealth to offer virtual health, wellness & mental wellbeing services in Spanish & English.
