Aspire has partnered with MEDAcare to offer Telehealth services to improve your health, wellness & mental wellbeing. These services are in Spanish and English. Our platform is for individuals, providers, employers, payers and other organizations.

 Telehealth is not simply one form of health care. It includes a range of services that patients receive virtually from their home or another preferred location instead of in a health care setting. Through telehealth, a patient can virtually consult with a health care provider without having to travel to the provider’s office. This type of “at home” telehealth is sometimes called direct-to-patient, direct-to-consumer, or on-demand care and enables patients to obtain medical advice and treatment on their own technology devices and at a time that is convenient for them. Direct-to-consumer telehealth can be conducted synchronously or asynchronously, depending on the purpose of the appointment and the patient’s needs.  We following the HHS guidelines.

 Synchronous telehealth happens in live, real-time settings where the patient interacts with a provider via mobile phone video interaction. Our Providers and patients communicate directly, often resulting in a diagnosis, treatment plan, or prescription. Our holistic approach is to treat the whole person for optimal clinical outcomes.

Achieving optimal health means taking care of your mind and body. Our mind-body wellness programs, including assessments, therapy, care navigators, coaching and other resources to help improve your mental wellbeing at any stage of your emotional status.

 We have developed virtual platforms for hospitals and pharmacies, connecting patients, doctors, and local pharmacies all on a single platform. In this way, we have created a pleasant and convenient environment for patients, where they can now have medical consultations via telemedicine, receive their prescriptions, and have their medications delivered to their home or office on the same day with just the press of a button.
