Afya Care Foundation is a registered non-profit making non-governmental organization dedicated to improving mental well-being and combating drug/substance abuse among Kenyan youths. Based in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County, we serve five counties: Trans-Nzoia, West Pokot, Bungoma, Busia, and Kakamega. The NGO focuses on prevention measures, raising awareness about the dangers of drug abuse, and empowering youths to overcome addiction, promote healthy lifestyles, and reintegrate into society successfully.

Fountain Of Hope Africa is a Non-profit Organization that was established since 2010, by Marcel Cirhuza a survivor of war and armed conflicts from the Eastern of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The purpose of FOH is to heal, restore hope, and contribute to building resilient and selfsufficient communities, and promote sustainable development by empowering the most vulnerable through adapted and long-lasting solutions.

While we have made some great strides, Fountain of Hope still has a lot to accomplish. We need your support to help more children gain education. Would you consider donating 1$ to help us achieve our mission?

The East African Community Mental Health Network (EACMHN) is a regional initiative dedicated to fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders to drive mental health reforms and improve access to quality mental health services. We work towards harmonizing policies, advocating for increased investment and more.

Our goal is that Cherry Willow Apparel becomes a symbol of hope and that people impacted by homelessness are able to feel proud when they see people on the street representing the brand created to support them. We believe that most people are good people and want to help but they just don’t know how or feel like they can’t make a difference. By wearing Cherry Willow Apparel you are making a difference! 10% of every purchase and 60% of all donations supports the unsheltered community and our mission to create housing to end homelessness!  

You can setup a monthly subscription for the Aspire Mental Health Assessment and Measurement Based Care Program.  

Fee is $5 per month. 

Additional fee for the Aspire Care Navigator or Provider Affiliates for additional interpretation of your data, and other clinical assessments. Some Insurance and HSA programs will cover these services.

Fee is $25 per month.

Aspire has partnered with MedaCare Health to offer our customers, providers and individuals the Telehealth service subscription in Spanish & English.  

Price varies by customer type.

The Aspire Health Portal basic plan is free.  We offer a premium subscription that includes more tools such as secure medical records, clinical integration and more. Fee is $5 per month.

Aspire offers to individuals a subscription to the Wellworks health & wellness tool, app and program.  Fee is $5 per month.

Aspire offers to individuals a subsription option for our Aspire Virtual Care Manager Program.  Fee is $25 per month.
