You can setup a monthly subscription for the Aspire Mental Health Assessment and Measurement Based Care Program.  

Fee is $5 per month. 

Additional fee for the Aspire Care Navigator or Provider Affiliates for additional interpretation of your data, and other clinical assessments. Some Insurance and HSA programs will cover these services.

Providers can setup a monthly subscription for the Aspire Measurement Based Care Program.  

Fee is $25 per month. 

Additional fee for the Aspire Care Navigator or Provider Affiliates for additional interpretation of patient data, and other clinical assessments for your patients. Some Insurance and HSA programs will cover these services.

Aspire has partnered with MedaCare Health to offer our customers, providers and individuals the Telehealth service subscription in Spanish & English.  

Price varies by customer type.

The Aspire Health Portal basic plan is free.  We offer a premium subscription that includes more tools such as secure medical records, clinical integration and more. Fee is $5 per month.

Aspire offers to individuals a subscription to the Wellworks health & wellness tool, app and program.  Fee is $5 per month.

Aspire offers to individuals a subsription option for our Aspire Virtual Care Manager Program.  Fee is $25 per month.
